1. What materials can your CNC cutting machines process?

Our CNC oscillating knife cutting machines can process leather, fabric, foam, sponge, EVA, rubber, gasket materials, corrugated cardboard, honeycomb board, PVC, carpet, felt, acoustic panels, composite materials, carbon fiber, fiberglass, prepreg, and many other flexible non-metallic materials.

2. Can the machine be customized according to our requirements?

Yes. We can customize the working size, cutting tools, feeding system, conveyor table, vacuum system, CCD camera, projection positioning system, and other configurations according to your materials and production requirements.

3. Do you provide installation and training?

Yes. We provide operation manuals, installation guidance, video training, and remote technical support. Our technicians will help your operators become familiar with the machine and start production quickly.

4. What certificates do your machines have?

Our machines are CE certified and manufactured according to international quality and safety standards.

5. How long is the machine warranty?

We provide a 3-year warranty for the whole machine and lifetime technical support. Consumable parts, such as cutting blades and protective table mats, are normally not covered by the warranty.

6. What is the delivery time?

Standard machines are usually ready for shipment within 7–15 working days after order confirmation. The delivery time for customized machines depends on the machine configuration and specific production requirements.

7. How do you ensure machine quality?

Every machine undergoes strict assembly inspection, accuracy testing, continuous trial operation, and sample cutting before shipment. We also provide testing videos and inspection records when required.

8. What after-sales services do you provide?

We provide 24/7 technical support, remote troubleshooting, software assistance, spare-parts supply, maintenance guidance, and lifetime technical support.

9. What is the maximum cutting thickness?

The maximum cutting thickness depends on the material, density, cutting tool, and machine configuration. Different tools may be required for leather, rubber, foam, and composite materials. Please send us your material name, thickness, and sample photos for confirmation.

10. Can you test our materials before we purchase the machine?

Yes. Customers can send material samples or drawings to us for free cutting tests. We can provide sample photos and cutting videos to help you evaluate the cutting quality, speed, and suitable machine configuration.

11. What file formats does the machine support?

Our cutting software supports commonly used design formats such as DXF, PLT, AI, PDF, and other vector file formats. File compatibility may vary depending on the selected software configuration.

12. Does the machine require cutting dies?

No. The machine uses digital design files to cut materials directly, eliminating the need for traditional cutting dies. This helps reduce tooling costs and makes it suitable for customized production, sample making, and small-batch orders.

13. Which cutting tools are available?

Different tools are available for different materials, including an oscillating knife, pneumatic oscillating knife, drag knife, rotary knife, V-cut tool, creasing wheel, kiss-cut tool, milling tool, and marking pen.

14. Can one machine cut different materials?

Yes. The machine can be equipped with interchangeable or combined cutting tools. Operators can select the appropriate tool and cutting parameters according to the material and application.

15. Does the machine support automatic feeding?

Yes. Conveyor-table models can be equipped with an automatic feeding system for continuous cutting of roll materials such as leather, carpet, fabric, gasket material, and flexible composite materials.

16. Can the machine automatically arrange patterns to save material?

Yes. Our intelligent nesting software can automatically arrange cutting patterns to improve material utilization, reduce waste, and shorten preparation time.

17. Is the machine suitable for printed materials?

Yes. An optional CCD camera or visual positioning system can recognize printed registration marks and contours, making the machine suitable for printed advertising materials, labels, packaging, and digitally printed fabrics.

18. Does the cutting process produce smoke or burning edges?

No. Oscillating knife cutting is a mechanical cutting process that does not generate heat. It normally produces no smoke, no laser burning, and no heat-affected edges.

19. Is an air compressor required?

It depends on the selected cutting tools and machine configuration. Pneumatic tools and some feeding components may require an air compressor. We will provide the detailed requirements before delivery.

20. What information is required to recommend a suitable machine?

Please provide your material type, maximum material thickness, whether the material is sheet or roll, required working size, daily production volume, cutting drawings or sample photos, and any special requirements such as creasing, marking, visual positioning, or automatic feeding. Based on this information, we will recommend the appropriate machine model, cutting tools, and configuration.

21. What voltage and language options are available?

The machine can be configured according to the voltage and electrical standards of your country. The operating system supports English and can be customized with additional language options when required.

22. How is the machine packaged for international shipping?

The machine is protected with moisture-proof wrapping and securely packed in an export-standard wooden case. Important components are reinforced to reduce the risk of damage during international transportation.

23. Do you provide spare parts and consumables?

Yes. We provide cutting blades, protective table mats, filters, tool components, and other spare parts. Customers can purchase a recommended spare-parts package together with the machine.

24. How can we obtain a quotation?

Send us your material, thickness, required cutting size, production requirements, destination country, and contact information. We will recommend a suitable configuration and prepare a detailed quotation.
